Principles of Learning

              Learning is our ultimate purpose in attending the class, and learning is very important in the teaching learning process because in imparting learnings to students, teacher must have the full knowledge of its subject matter, teachers must consider the levels of the learners and their readiness to learn the lesson to be more effective.

                Motivation contribute a lot in learning because when learners are motivated to learn, the learners attention is focus on the lesson sand among the two types of motivation the extrinsic motivation and the intrinsic motivation. The most effective is the intrinsic motivation because it is the learner’s willingness and eagerness to learn while the extrinsic is affected by factors like rewards and punishments.
